Lotus & Ginger wants you to be happy with your purchase.  You may return your item in unused, unworn condition within 14 days of the shipment date, but YOU MUST CONTACT US BEFORE YOU DO at lotusandginger@yahoo.com .  Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.  All returns must be accompanied by the original packing slip.  When you return your item, please follow the instructions on the packing slip, and most importantly, please indicate the reason for the return.  You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.  We will mail you a refund within 2 weeks of your return. We will happily exchange your item for another item and either charge you or refund you the difference depending on the price of the original for which you are receiving credit.  Please remember, under no circumstances will your refund include the original shipping and handling charges.
